Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfect in the king executive suite, offering very comfortable rooms. The service at Truffles, a recommended restaurant, was extremely courteous and helpful, especially for my late arrival. The location was a focal point, close to downtown, the beautiful Meewasin Trail, and by the South Saskatchewan river. The dining experience was good and adequate, although breakfast options were limited. Overall, a nice hotel with some room for improvement in pricing and dining variety.
The hotel is at the end of the hallway, with a nice pub onsite. I was not aware of the parking charge or the high taxes added to the cost of the room, which was uncomfortable upon arrival with the room temperature at 25 degrees; trying to cool it with the AC resulted in it getting warmer as it blew warm air.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, although a bit small; the beds are cozy. Despite the high prices, the quiet atmosphere is pleasant. However, the additional charge for the second parking spot seems unnecessary.
